Syn: Bignonia stans

Common Name: Yellow Trumpetbush, Yellow Bells, Yellow Elder, Ginger Thomas, Yellow Trumpet Flower, Esperanza

Type: Semi-evergreen shrub or small tree

Flower Color: Large, showy, golden yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers in clusters at the end of the branches. Mildly fragrant. 

Flowering Season: Spring to Frost. Blooms all year in warm weather climates. 

Plant Height: 10-25 ft ( 3-8 m)

Plant Width: 10-20 ft (3-6 m)

Light Requirements: Full Sun, Partial Shade. Flowers best in full sun. 

Water Requirements: Average, Low

Soil Requirements: Well-drained, clay, loam, sand. pH: acid, alkaline, neutral
